Light Roast Premium "AA" Tie Guan Yin Anxi Oolong Tea

This lightly roasted tea is made from our Premium Grade Anxi Tie Guan Yin Oolong from Gan De village. The tea was roasted for about 6 hours at a low temperature of about 50C. This light roasting gives the Tie Guan Yin a softer, almost sweet taste to it. The light roasting also allows this tea (if kept sealed) to age wonderfully! There is a slight milk aroma (nai xiang) that is present when brewed and is completely natural (a result of processing). ** Actual colors of the tea and packaging may vary somewhat from pictured.
