Pear Mountain (Lishan) Oolong Winter Pick **This year's tea is exceptional! The floral notes are top notch.** Freshly picked, processed and ready to go this Winter Pear Mountain is beautiful. Rich, subtle floral and sweet it is a great example of why the preference for winter time teas come in second only to the first picks of the spring. Grown at 2000m above sea level on a western facing slope, this year's winter harvest season had great weather and you can tell from the brew of this easy-to-steep crowd pleaser of a tea. This tea is the winter pick so the flavors are stronger, more floral and a touch more vegetal than the other seasons. All three seasons are slightly different but all three have the same underlying greatness. Preferences as to the best are your own. Elevation: 2000m Status: Agro Chemical Free Cultivar: QinXin Oxidization: 20% Season: October 19th 2025 Method: Hand picked, processed on site, very small batch Region: Lishan(Pear Mountain), Nantou Recommend Brewing Style: Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, ~100C water, 30, 45, 60 then add 5-10 seconds steeps in gaiwan.
