This is another cake in our "aged as mao cha" series, but this one is a blend of several different regions of aged mao cha and also from several different years! Wow! Thick, complex, aromatic, with tons of complexity and a semi-aged taste and feel to it makes this tea sure bet! Tasting notes: Tastes full-bodied like something aged in a hot climate, but not moldy at all, very clean. Thick, sweet (honey, fruit, nectar), light bitter, lighly astringent. Mushroom broth. Has a semi-aged taste, very balanced and complex tea. Wide profile which reflects it's multi-region and multiple years origins. Several Different Years Aged as Mao Cha teas (Pressed March 20th 2020) 100 kilograms in total (280 cakes) 357 grams per cake (7 cakes per bamboo tong) Stone-Pressed in the traditional manner Wrapper Designer preferred to remain Anonymous! This tea has been tested in a certified laboratory for 191 pesticides, and is within the EU MRL limits set for those 191 pesticide residues.
