Strain the tea (or remove the tea bag) to avoid over-steeping. Add honey, maple syrup, sugar or any sweetener if you like. Let the tea cool down to room temperature, then add ice and 100ml (3.5oz) cold water, and enjoy! Cold Brew Add 1-2 tsp loose tea or 1 tea bag in 200ml/7oz of water.
