Overview
Tip: start at ~95°C, then adjust down 3–5°C if it turns sharp.
Earthy, grassy, stimulating, bitter-sweet. Our Yerba Mate Green is a traditional South American infusion known for its stimulating properties. Made from the dried leaves and stems of the yerba mate plant, it offers an earthy, grassy flavor with a characteristic bitter-sweetness. Naturally caffeinated and rich in antioxidants, yerba mate is often enjoyed for its invigorating and energizing effects. Brewing Instructions: Heat fresh, filtered water to 80°C (176°F). Add 3-5 grams of yerba mate leaves per 240 ml of water. Steep for 3-5 minutes. Traditional preparation often involves a gourd and bombilla (straw). Enjoy without milk or sugar.
