A blend of several small batch ripe Puer teas fermented using our own material and under our own supervision spanning several years, Waxcap was then sent to Fujian province to be charcoal roasted by hand by veteran Wuyi Yancha makers in 2025 and pressed in early 2026 in Yunnan after a period of rest. Coffee lovers will find commonalities with the combination of the fermented character and the flame from the roast. Smooth character and a candied nut sweetness lingers underneath veil of charcoal. Each cake is 200 grams of tea.
