It’s a bold, fruity escape that is just as delicious served hot on a misty Scottish morning as it is iced in the summer sun. Brewing Instructions: Heat fresh, filtered water to 100°C (212°F). Add 4 grams of tea (roughly one heaped tablespoon) per 240 ml of water. Steep for 8-10 minutes to allow the fruit pieces to fully rehydrate and release their flavor. Enjoy without milk or sugar.
