A new release for 2022! Sanctuary is a small wet pile batch of just 800 kilograms! We purchased 300 kilograms in total. Instead of separating out the Cha Tou tea nuggets we've kept them in there! They compose about a third of the cake by weight! The tea was harvested from Na Han village in the Bang Dong area of Lincang! We've pressed teas from Na Han village many times before, but this is the very first ripe we've pressed from Na Han tea leaves. Smooth, fruity, chocolatey and creamy ripe. It's ultra smooth, lively in the mouth and gives a soothing feeling. 357 Grams per cake (7 Cakes per bamboo leaf tong) Wrapper Illustration by Cath Van This tea has been tested in a certified laboratory for 404 pesticides, and is within the EU MRL limits set for those 404 pesticide residues.
