This tea is one of our Pure White & Yellow selections. Check out the entire delicious collection here! An unprecedented style of white tea, produced solely by the Satemwa Estate of Malawi. While most pearls boast the first two leaves and the bud, this hand-rolled tea contains the first three leaves and the bud, bringing out a more vegetal note than you might find in most white teas. These pearls are sun-dried (as opposed to steamed or baked), which lends a gentle sweetness to the final brew. Ingredients: White tea Approximately 45mg of caffeine per cup Steeping recommendation: Brew at 175°F or 79.4°C for 2-4 minutes. Use one pearl per 8 oz. of water (two if you like your tea strong) and re-infuse several times.
