Tip: Steep 2 grams of Pu-erh in 200ml hot water at 95°C for 3 minutes.
Pairings: roasted sesame nuts, charred pork belly, dark chocolate.
Slowly fermented Black Tea leaves pressed into full shaped pieces. Also known as Dark Tea. Some are aged up to 15 years. Bold, earthy taste and low in tannins.
