This matcha is made from the Okumidori cultivar, giving it a nutty and earthy depth. Though it still has the sweetness you would expect from a good matcha, its excellence lies in its creamy nature. This is a ceremonial grade matcha which indicates that it is meant to be drank straight (in a matcha bowl), however I can't deny it makes a mean matcha latte.
