Loose leaf tea generally produces a more flavorful and aromatic cup compared to tea bag tea because the leaves have more room to expand and release their full taste. Loose leaf tea often consists of whole or larger tea leaves, retaining more of their natural essential oils and nuanced flavors. In contrast, tea bag tea is typically made from smaller, broken tea leaves (dust and fannings), which can result in a quicker infusion but often a more one-dimensional or astringent taste. Additionally, loose leaf tea allows for multiple infusions, whereas tea bag tea tends to lose its strength after a single steep. Loose leaf will usually require a tea infuser. Shop infusers here or try it with a Professional Tea tasting set here. Other things to note: We do not use Pesticides of Fungicides Yes we can ship outside of the USA but please email us at info@greatmsteacompany.com to arrange shipping and verify pricing.
