This all-bud white tea comes from the same area in Kuzhushan as this year’s Gemini raw puer, delivering an extremely sweet flavour that is crisp and refreshing. There is also a noticeable “haoxiang” (豪香) or “hairy fragrance” thanks to the exclusive use of such fuzzy tips. While this tea is more delicate with lower leaf ratio, increasing the amount of leaf produces a much bolder flavour.
