Overview
Tip: start at ~95°C, then adjust down 3–5°C if it turns sharp.
A blend of several small batch ripe Puer teas fermented using our own material and made under our own supervision. A heavy handed all arounder that is better than anything else in the price range. Strong Menghai character with dark umber forest tones and an undercurrent of sweetness. Still fresh in 2024, but will become a powerhouse in the next few years. Each cake is 200 grams of tea.
