Rice pudding with sugar and spice will bring a smile to anyone’s face! This half-fermented Ti Kuan Yin (Oolong Tea) helped us create the childhood memories of a favorite dessert of old, Rice Pudding. All-natural flavors, including cinnamon, help bring this oldy but goody dessert to life. With its creamy nuance and delicate dessert note, this blend transports you to a time long ago. The motto “less is more” works wonderfully with this simple blend with a pinch of cinnamon. You’ll surely keep coming back for more! Rice Pudding Tea is easily brewed at 175-190 F water for 2-3 minutes. Using a lower temperature will reduce the risk of the tea becoming astringent/bitter. Oolong Teas do best with lower water temperatures and help bring out subtle flavors that would be overpowered with temperatures near the boiling point. Use 1 level teaspoon of dry ingredients for each 6-ounce cup. Re-steep the same dry ingredients up to 3 times. Ingredients: half-fermented tea (90%), cinnamon pieces, natural flavoring Rice Pudding, Caffeinated, Oolong Tea, Half-Fermented, Cinnamon, Dessert
