A Sannen (3-year) bancha organically grown in Sorayama, Obacho, Matsue City. There are two approaches of making sannen bancha and Chasandai's approach was to age the tea for three years. Through the aging process, the caffeine is naturally removed and creates a mellow and gentle taste. In general, sannenbancha contains many stems, but this one from Chasandai has many leaves and is finished with a delicious flavor. Please note that since there is almost no caffeine, children and the elderly can enjoy it with peace of mind.
