Tip: start at ~95°C, then adjust down 3–5°C if it turns sharp.

This 800-gram fu brick was made in 2014 by the Zhong Cha Hunan AnHua Tea Factory, a well-known producer in Hunan, and has aged for over 10 years. It features "Golden Flowers" (Eurotium cristatum), a special fungus that enhances quality and taste. Popular in Mongolia and Tibet for digestion, the more flowers, the better the tea—and this brick has plenty. Unlike older Fu Bricks with lots of stems, this one uses mostly leaves for a smoother texture. The flavor is rich and mellow, with notes of wood and dried fruit, ending with a soft sweetness. It’s a solid, aged tea from Zhong Cha’s skilled hands. Weight per brick: 800 gramsVintage: 2014Origin: Zhong Cha Hunan AnHua Tea Factory, Hunan, China Update: Full-size bricks are sold out, but we will have smaller sizes available for purchase.
