These little white buds are wild-grown in southwestern Yunnan. This Camellia Assamica Dehongensis varietal is picked in early February and then sun-dried. The fresh flavor has a slight fruitiness and is similar to a good white tea with some complex flavors. The brewed liquor is nearly clear, and the hint of fresh pine needles accentuates the overall aroma and finish. Wild Pu-erh Buds Tea brews Gong-Fu Style at 212 F. The first brewing only needs 10 seconds while the second needs 15 seconds. Each infusion after needs an additional 20 seconds.
