Ingredients: Cinnamon, hawthorn leaves, ginger, cloves, black peppercorns, cardamom, safflower and malva flowers. Steeping Suggestions: Use one teaspoon (3g) of tea per 6oz cup of water. Steep at 100°C (212°F) for 4-10 minutes.
