Old arbor sun dried white tea from Yunnan sent to a smokehouse in Tongmuguan village in Fujian to be pine smoked by a veteran Lapsang smoker. The three day smoking process occurs at temperatures from 100C to 120C in an old style Lapsang smokehouse. You know it will be interesting because even these folks, who are used to my bullshit, thought I'd lost it when i commissioned this one. Medicinal sweetness and charred herbal aromas.
