Tip: Steep 1g per 150ml of Hummingbird 2013 Jing Mai raw Puer in 95°C water for 2 minutes, reduce time by 30s.
Pairing: shortbread, fresh fruit, or mild cheeses

Part of our initial 2015 collection, this Jing Mai raw puer is sweet, floral, fragrant and complex. Made solely from spring ancient tree material that has aged slightly since 2013, it’s already showing signs of strong development, although still young at heart. This tea brews up quite thick, and may have some bitterness in early steepings. The Huigan is gentle in its approach and long lasting, accompanied by a salivating sensation. As with all of our teas, this was chosen because it is great to drink now, but also shows excellent potential for short or long term storage.
