Tip: Brew 1 tsp of Feng Qing Golden Pekoe #100 in 8 oz of water at 95°C for 3-4 minutes.

This is a lovely tippy "golden pekoe" Feng Qing #100 varietal black tea. #100 varietal is a hybrid varietal that is a cross between the original Feng Qing assamica varietal and the Da Bai Hao varietal. The result is a large fuzzy tea with plenty of flavor and a bright warm appearance! The brewed tea has notes of honey, fruit, and a subtle peppery taste/aroma in the early infusions! This is very much a classic Dian Hong tea but with some added sweetness and body! Also it should be noted that this tea will hit its prime after about 6 months of aging (up to 3 years).
