Pairing: shortbread, fresh fruit, or mild cheeses
A blend of several small batch ripe Puer teas fermented using our own material and produced under our own supervision spanning several years, our Alazani blend was then sent to Fujian province to be charcoal roasted by hand by veteran Wuyi Yancha makers in 2024 and pressed in early 2025 in Yunnan after a period of rest. Toasted cocoa nibs and forest floor, a light and balanced bitterness enhances the body throughout the session. There is a woodsy sweetness atop petrol, with the remnants of the charcoal roast creeping along the base. Each cake is 200 grams of tea.
