Tong Mu Village "Chocolatey Jin Jun Mei" Black Tea

This is a Tong Mu village area Jin Jun Mei that is processed with low heat and short frying times to preserve the trichomes (leaf hairs) on the leaves. The original character of this tea plus the careful processing has given this tea creamy chocolatey taste that is joyous to experience! There is also fruit and malt, and (if you brew long or with super hot water) a slight astringent character.
