Overview
Best pick • solid black choice from Unknown origin
Pairing: breakfast pastries, aged cheese, or dark chocolate

A complete "Bing Cha" - a pressed pu'er cake. This very mellow, ripe (shóu) pu'er tea has a soft, velvety texture. This loose leaf pu'er was made from organically grown black tea in 2013 - so it's a mere youngster - but it has a maturity far beyond its years. Also known by a myriad of different spellings - puer, pu'erh, puer, puerh, pu-er, and pu-erh are all used.
