Aromatics of fermented fruit and juniper show up in each cup and the mouthfeel lurks long afterwards. Stronger steeps unleash more of its power, if you choose. Harvested and produced on March 15, 2015 and pressed on May 20, 2015 by Mr. Ye Sheng in Xiao Hu Sai Village, Lincang City, Yunnan, China. It’s a one bud, two leaf pick of the Yunnan Big Leaf cultivar growing at approximately 5,900 feet. Wrapper design by YoYo Ingredients: puer tea Steeping Instructions 3 grams | 10-12 oz water | 195°F | Steep 3 min. Traditional Steeping Use 4 grams of tea in a 150ml gaiwan with 195 degree water 10 seconds rinse - discard 1st Steep – 20 seconds 2nd steep – 10 seconds 3rd Steep – 20 seconds 4th Steep – 40 seconds 5th Steep - 90 seconds 6th Steep – 3 minutes
