The black teas from this region are known for their light-bodied cups with almost zero astringency and sweet, floral qualities. It’s a one bud, two leaf pick of the following cultivars: Zhenghe Big White, Jin Guanyin, and Huang Jin Gui. Ingredients: black tea Steeping Instructions 4 grams | 10-12 oz water | 212°F | Steep 5 min. Iced Tea Instructions Use 4 grams of tea in a standard mug and steep for 5 minutes with boiling water.
