Overview
Tip: start at ~95°C, then adjust down 3–5°C if it turns sharp.
Pairing: breakfast pastries, aged cheese, or dark chocolate

A pure assamica varietal black tea from Da Si Village in Feng Qing! A first flush of spring bud heavy pluck from wild arbor tea bushes and trees. Expert processing reveals the honey sweetness and malt character in this tea! This is very much a classic Dian Hong tea but with some added sweetness and body! It should be noted that this tea will hit its prime after about 6 months of aging (up to 3 years). Feel free to drink it before then, but do keep the bag well sealed if you plan to keep it for longer. We hope you enjoy this unique and satisfying Feng Qing Dian Hong black tea! April Harvest
