Green Sencha Berry & Fig

This tasty green tea manages to be sweet, fruity and mild. It is made particularly dramatic in appearance by the inclusion of dried peony petals. In the blend you will also find green tea (90percent), freeze-dried whole raspberries and blackberries, strawberry and fig pieces. Brew for 2-3 minutes. Water temperature 75-80 degrees C. Use 4-5 level teaspoons of tea per litre of water.
