Tip: start at ~95°C, then adjust down 3–5°C if it turns sharp.
One of our new Decaf tea experiments. We commissioned this tea to be decaffeinated using the CO2 process to lower the caffeine to the EU standard. This does not mean that the tea is caffeine free, but it does mean that it only has around 0.4% of the original caffeine content. (Unless you are super sensitive to caffeine, it's barely noticeable) This process does change the overall flavor and aroma, but they're excellent for most people who need a night time drinking option. This Fujian black tea has a fruity character and sweetness that will help you enjoy a classic black tea experience without all the caffeine. Each purchase is for 25g of tea.
