This wonderful Shizuoka organic matcha in a 100g bag is perfect for latte lovers! This first spring picked ceremonial matcha is machine milled to a very fine, even powder (~10 µm) that mixes well with steamed milk or plant-based milk substitutes like soy, almond or oat milk. It has a beautiful green colour with a fresh cut grass aroma, grassy flavour with some bitterness and hints of celery and a comfortable astringent finish that is smooth and not overwhelming.
