This tea is made from the same material as our Goddess Roast Tieguanyin , but with current-year pickings, making for a great opportunity to contrast and compare aged and processing between the two. With a much lighter and greener processing, this tea is highly floral and fragrant, accompanied by a sugar-sweetness. Fragrance isn’t the only thing on offer with this tea though. It also manages to maintain a pleasantly milky texture, as well as provide a nice depth of flavour and body, making it an great value-focused tea. $0.21/gram Season: Spring, 2025
