Eagle Leaf

You may know the Zhou family as the producers of our Morning Mist. This year, we've expanded our buying from the family with a new herbal, affectionately dubbed "Eagle Tea" from their Guizhou gardens. As with Morning Mist, the arbor is devoted to harmony with the surrounding ecology, with no fertilizers or pesticides employed. Made from the 'Litsea coreana' plant, the leaves of this shrubby tree are thick and fragrant. When plucked, they are bruised and oxidized in the style of a black tea. When sipped, its rich flavor gives way to a delightful, savory and vaporous aftertaste.
