Superior quality that won’t disappoint. This sencha from the Sofu cultivar was produced march 2025 by Akira Chikamori at the Sata Seicha Tea Farm in Makurazaki City, Kagoshima Prefecture. The Sofu cultivar is a combination of the popular Yabukita and Inzatsu 131 cultivars, the latter of which is of the Indian Assamica variety.
