The sweet and floral aromatics float over a brothy and buttery cup with the savory quality of open fire cooking. The salty/turmeric character has a stone, mineral finish. Heavy in its heartiness, the sophisticated design of primitive elements. Produced April 25, 2025 by our friend Mr. Soup in Xin Xu Town, Hua’an County, Fujian Province.
