Izu Matcha is a vibrant matcha green tea for modern rituals — whisked, sipped, or made into a latte. Discover the bright, clean lift of Izu Matcha: a premium finely ground green tea powder chosen for clarity, calm focus and genuinely delicious flavour. Expect a smooth, creamy mouthfeel with fresh grassy sweetness, gentle umami depth and a clean finish that stays balanced rather than bitter — whether you whisk it traditional-style or pour it into a silky matcha latte. This is an easy, everyday matcha that still feels special: perfect for morning routines, afternoon resets and anyone upgrading from “green powder” to proper matcha. Umami • Creamy • VibrantWhy you’ll love it Vivid green colour and a silky finish Perfect for lattes, iced matcha, or traditional bowls A clean lift for your daily ritual Ingredients Premium matcha, (powdered green tea) Izu Matcha Brew Guide Classic Usucha (everyday matcha): Sift 1–2g matcha (½–1 tsp) into a bowl. Add 60–80ml water at 75–80°C. Whisk briskly in a “W” motion for 15–25 seconds until frothy. Stronger Koicha (thick, intense): Sift 3–4g matcha (1½–2 tsp). Add 30–40ml water at 70–75°C. Whisk slowly until glossy and smooth (less foam). Matcha Latte (hot): Sift 1–2g matcha. Add 30–50ml water at 75–80°C and whisk smooth. Top with 200–250ml steamed milk (dairy or oat). Sweeten if you like. Iced Matcha / Iced Latte: Whisk 1–2g matcha with 30–50ml cool or room-temp water until smooth. Pour over ice and top with cold water or 200–250ml cold milk. Pro tips: Always sift to avoid clumps, use cooler water than black tea (boiling water makes matcha bitter), and whisk until the surface looks like fine foam. FAQs Does it contain caffeine? Yes — it contains natural caffeine. Can I drink it with milk? Yes — it’s brilliant whisked traditionally or made into a matcha latte. How should I store it? Keep it sealed, cool and dry — away from heat, sunlight and strong aromas.
