This tea has been created by Kent and Sussex Tea and Coffee Company for the Grand Hotel. Brighton. This tea acquired its name as it is a tea that oozes nobility and a place in history. With hints of smoky charm, reminiscent of the earthy, gunpowders and cannons of the 18th century battle ground. This tea is a representation of the true, gun battled legacy that Napoleon left behind. Type of Tea – Loose Black and Green Tea Blend. Origin – Tinsukia, Assam, India. Darjeeling, India. Uva District, Sri Lanka. Zhejiang Province, China and Fuijan Province, China. Leaf Grade – Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe Harvest – Mid Season 2014 Brewing Guide – using boiling water, brew for 3-5 minutes depending on taste How to Serve – This tea is best served black or with milk.
