Overview
Tip: Steep 2006 Ripe Pu-erh at 95°C for 2 minutes, using 5g per 150ml for a balanced infusion.
Pairings: roasted chestnuts, braised pork belly, dark soy sauce noodles.
An introductory level ripened Pu-erh tea brick of grade 8 course material, with some fine grade golden spring bud sprinkled on top. Aged for the past 12 years , individually numbered and made by the famous Kunming factory. Smooth, rich, strong woody aged tea flavour.
